What are your opening hours and do you open on public holidays?

We are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On major public holidays we usually remain open with adjusted hours — please check our social media or call ahead for holiday timings.

Do you accept walk-ins for café seating or is reservation required?

Walk-ins are welcome and seating is first-come, first-served. For larger groups or weekend brunches we recommend reserving ahead to secure a table.

How can I order a custom celebration cake and how much notice is needed?

Custom cake orders can be placed in person, by phone, or email. Please give at least 3–5 days' notice for standard designs and longer for elaborate or large cakes.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan pastry and bread options?

Yes, we offer select gluten-free and vegan pastries and loaves. Availability varies daily; please ask staff or call ahead to confirm options for specific dietary needs.

Can I pick up a pre-ordered cake or do you deliver?

You can pick up pre-ordered cakes from the bakery. We also offer local delivery within Koregaon Park and nearby areas—delivery can be arranged when placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept at the bakery?

We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and popular UPI and mobile wallet payments. For large custom orders we may request a deposit via card or bank transfer.
